The room was spacious and clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. At first, I thought they might be too firm, but I slept better than I ever imagined I would. The free hot breakfast was great! We had our pups with us (it's a dog friendly hotel) and the staff was super friendly toward us and our fur-babies. The only two cons were 1) the luggage trolleys were in horrible condition and 2) nobody was ever at the front desk. The luggage trolley was falling apart and we were afraid to use it because it could have easily resulted in someone getting hurt. To get assistance at the front desk, I had to hit the bell a few times and then wait after the desk manager yelled "be there in a minute!" I don't know how they prevent getting robbed in the convenience item area. If I were such a person, I could easily have loaded up! Aside from those things, everything else was exceptional. The housekeeping staff was great and very good at their job! The television and air conditioning worked great and Internet was stable. They are a terrific option if you are need accommodations in Fairview, OK!

The manager Amy was amazing and everybody worked. There was super helpful. Great customer service five stars all the way.! I chose this location because of the convenience and because they had a pool!
The rooms were clean and staff very friendly. The pool was clean and spacious and there was a box of pool toys provided. Breakfast was also nice. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

I have stayed here a few times, and live the hotel. The staff is always friendly. We had my granddaughters birthday party here and everyone was amazing. The only thing I could think of that needs improvement is the bathroom in the pool area and lobby was disgusting and probably needs cleaned more often. The pool bathroom has always been dirty the times we have stayed. But we would just go to our room if we needed to use the bathroom. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and can not wait to come back!
This hotel has the absolute best service. Amy and Dane was the nicest hotel manager and asst manager I’ve ever met. We had some problems upon check in and was immediately taken care of. My kids and I were very comfortable here. My only issue would be the pool was not warm. It is an indoor heated pool but it felt freezing cold. Didn’t bother my kids though they swam their hearts out and the main reason we came other than the pool was to see Gloss mountain. They truly make you feel welcome and make sure you’re happy. I would stay here again and genuinely wish all hotel staff was like Amy and Dane. Stayed at a lot of hotels and have never experienced kindness like that. Also breakfast was good, and they have a pretty decent coffee machine in dining room that made strong coffee. Definitely satisfied with this place.
